Dedicated support time 15 minutes(silver), 30 minutes(gold), 90 minutes(platinum) is for questions, minor edits, small content tweaks and anything else that can fit into your monthly allotted support time.  Any new features to your site will likely need a formal quote as those items typically exceed the allotted monthly support time.

For minor edits and content tweaks please email those as specific individualized tasks to support@360websitesolutions.com.  Please be as detailed as possible with these website tasks and make sure each task is its own bulleted item.  The more time it takes for us to decipher the work needed to be done the less we can accomplish.

Your support requests when sent thru the proper channel (support@360websitesolutions.com) will be addressed by our team as quickly as possible with those on the higher tiered packages getting priority attention.

This is a great question.  If you go over the allotted time dedicated to your care plan package 30 mins (silver), 60 mins (gold), 120 mins (platinum) any overage will be billed at our current hourly support rate of $127/hr.  Or we will submit a separate quote for your approval if we assess the necessary time to complete a task will exceed your current remaining support time. 

The point of our website care plans is to prevent these things from happening, but if they do we have measures in place to handle these situations.  Backups are a key and essential part of all our website care plans for the simple fact that if something major does happen we have a restore point (usually multiple restore points) saved via backups to revert back to to ensure as little downtime as possible.

 We have uptime monitors in place to let us know if a site is down for any reason.  We can then investigate why these things happened and try to resolve the issue(s) as quickly as possible.  Again we can fall back to our restore points (backups) if needed.  We typically have 2-3 backups saved in different places to ensure if something were to happen in one place we have at least one if not two other separately saved backup points available.

If you are on a Platinum Care Plan which includes 1 hour of consulting a month, or if you have purchased consulting time a la carte, we will set up either 1 hour time block or 2 - 30 minute time blocks to consult on the website.  You can let us know when you would like these scheduled and we will do our best to accommodate if our schedule allows.  We typically will set up the next months scheduled time before the end of our latest call.  

Consulting time is when we can come together via phone, Skype, webinar, etc. to discuss items of importance or of opportunity regarding your site and / or overall web presence.  These calls help focus in on areas of growth and improvement.  These calls can also be a time of training on things that you would like help with or to educate so you feel better informed about your website and your overall web presence.

If you are on the Silver or Gold Care Plans your plan does not include consulting time.

But we do offer consulting sessions as an a la carte item.  Just let us know you are interested in a consulting session and we will discuss timing, session duration desired, price, and availability.

As the internet changes and grows we too need to change and grow to keep up, we don't want your site to go the way of the VCR. 

Our care plans will adapt and change with the demands dictated by current web needs and best practices.  Unfortunately in the web world Google is the dictator and we must comply to what the Google wants or pay the consequences!

We also use various tools, software, and techniques to allow us to perform all of the care plan benefits we offer.  These tools are used to maintain your sites effectiveness, health, and security.  As tool and software costs increase our care plans will need to be adjusted to reflect these changes.  We will notify you via email about any increases that arise. 

Our Website Care Plans are Month to Month unless you've chosen to take advantage of our 1 month free if paid annually offer.  Our month to month contracts auto renew each month for 1 month.  Because of the discount we give on our annual plan it is for 12 months, but you can cancel within that 12 month period if you need to for whatever reason but a refund is not returned for any unused time.

We understand things happen and there may come a time where one of our care plans is no longer right for you.  On our Month to Month plan if you cancel at any time during a paid for month there will be no refunding of any unused days.  On our month to month plans you are paying forward.  We do require a written request for cancellation.  You can simply email us and we will respond and contact you and discuss the details that come with leaving our care plan.  

If you have paid annually no refunds are given to those who end the agreement early.   Just like our month to month plans we require a written cancellation request.
